Do you have a digital junk drawer?
I consider my desktop screen my junk drawer, although I clean it out every day. I think of the daily organization of my computer as “resetting.” I do the same thing with my home: I reset it every night to wake up in a clean space.
What ongoing project are you most excited about?
My photo blog <3. I hope I keep using it for the rest of my life.

Number one would be Helvetica, number two would be Arial, and number three... I only use two fonts. If I had to use a third, it would be Areal by Dinamo, designed for are.na.
Does the default Mac interface serves as a backdrop for your art?
Yes, it’s perfect. I wish I designed it.
What draws you to minimalism?
Minimalism is not my goal. Minimalism is my subculture. Minimalism is a product of being overwhelmed. I would never willingly choose minimalism: it just is the only solution.
Does the Internet inspire your art?
I <3 that we are all using the Internet. I <3 that we are all here together. I treat my experience and my existence the same way I use the internet: to organize and catalog reference for new work. My goal is to encourage holistic internet use for life enjoyers.
